Tom Fudge : A lot of families have baking traditions they return to at this time of year. Typically, when Christmas is about to arrive, my wife bakes pumpkin bread. We wrap it up in Christmas paper and give a few loaves to the neighbors as a holiday gift.
Holiday dining involves a lot of different desserts and baked good. And it's not all Christmas cookies. For today's food hour, we focus on baking and holiday desserts.
