Santa Can Be the Reason for a Season of Lawsuits

Audio

Dan Eaton , San Diego attorney and These Days legal analyst.

Tom Fudge: Santa Claus is coming to town, and he may also be headed to court. Santa is rarely the named plaintiff or defendent in American court houses. We'll talk about lawsuits over who Santa Claus is, what he represents, and whether he violates the U.S. constitution.
