The San Diego Unified School District says it's facing another huge budget gap. Deficit estimates are between 70 and 100 million dollars, depending on state tax revenues. After years of budget cutting, the districts money options are running thin. School board trustee Scott Barnett says he has a plan to keep the district solvent.
