Steve Sansweet, director of Content Management at
Lucasfilm
, has seen Comic-Con grow over recent years into the pop-culture behemoth that it is today. I ran into Sansweet, who is the emcee for the convention's "Star Wars" presentations, as he perused the aisles on a brief shopping spree of his own. This is what he had to say about the growing importance of Comic-Con, comic books, and the impact of fandom on movies.
