Singing Soldier Paul Ieti Makes Finals Of America's Got Talent (Video)

Paul leti: Soldier Sings Powerful "Bless the Broken Road" Cover - America's Got Talent 2014

The judges from the TV talent competition "America's Got Talent" voted unanimously on Wednesday night to send 21-year-old Army Pfc. Paul Ieti to Radio City Music Hall for the show's finals.

For the program's judgement week, Ieti sang the Rascal Flatts song "Bless the Broken Road." I've posted video of his performance up top.

As Home Post previously reported, Ieti recently completed a nine-month deployment to Afghanistan, where he would soothe his soul and entertain his fellow soldiers with his enchanting singing voice.

The producers of "America's Got Talent" noticed that Ieti "got" talent, via his viral YouTube channel, and offered him an audition on the show's current season.

Ieit, a native of American Samoa, told 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade public affairs:

“Both of my parents have told me that no matter how far I get or how famous I get, I need to remember where I’m from and to stay humble."
