Sen. Warner Urges Mini-Drawdown to Kickstart Iraq

Sen. John Warner of Virginia, the senior Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee, spoke to reporters Thursday about progress and frustration in Iraq. Warner's vote is considered pivotal to future Senate policy on the war.
