The homes on tour, which range from sleek modern to mid-century to traditional, reflect their owners' personalities, budgets, and lifestyles. Advance tickets are $40 per person, and group discounts are available. Day-of-event tickets are $50. Tour guests need to check in at Porcelanosa, 8996 Miramar Road, Suite 100, San Diego, on Saturday, May 3, beginning at 8:45 a.m., where they will be given a wristband for entry to each home, a tour map, and a description of each project.
