Sandpiper Wood Fired Grill & Oysters is hosting its inaugural Chef’s Table with Santa Barbara’s SAMsARA Wine Co. on Thursday, November 3 at 6 p.m. Executive Chef Marty Fay, a protégé of famed San Diego chef Christine Rivera, will be joined by head winemaker Matt Brady and the two will present a six-course tasting menu. Sandpiper in early October was named as one of the hottest restaurants in San Diego by Eater. Sandpiper features Wine Education Institute (WEI) Certified Advanced Sommelier Evan Vallee, who also has a Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 4 Diploma.
