The name Witherby pays homage to the building’s storied past: the original 1886 structure once housed tenant Henry Witherby, the first to lease space in the historic landmark. Today, the name symbolizes a new legacy rooted in tradition and reborn through food. Chef Robin’s menu is personal, drawing on his culinary mentors, family heritage, and global travels.
