Cancellation Policy

• Reservations are Non-refundable
• Cancellation 48 before the cruise time may receive a credit in the form of an eGift card.
• No-shows and cancellations after the cutoff time will not receive a credit or a refund.

Cancellations due to rain or high wind or any other unforeseen circumstance by The Gondola Company are eligible for a full refund.
