Maureen Cavanaugh (Guest Host): The state lawmakers are back from spring break, and the agenda is full in Sacramento. From gay marriage to cloned meat, politicians are considering legislation from a wide variety of topics. Joining me to talk about the latest bills before our state politicians is Marianne Russ. Marianne is the capitol bureau chief of Capital Public Radio. She joins me now live from Sacramento.
