We'll talk about a top notch jazz pianist playing at Anthology tonight and punk karaoke at the Casbah.

Tom Fudge: Jazz Legend Ahmad Jamal and Japanese girl band Shonen Knife are among the acts coming to San Diego this weekend. And then, of course, there's Punk Kareoke. Joining me for the weekend preview are Troy Johnson and Kinsey Morlan.

Ahmad Jamal plays at Anthology in Little Italy Dec. 6 – 8 at 7:30 p.m.

Shonen Knife plays at The Casbah this Fri., Dec. 7 at 8:30 p.m.

Punk Rock Karaoke takes place Sat., Dec. 8 at 10 p.m. at The Casbah .

Nathan James and Ben Hernandez play at Dizzy's on Sun., Dec. 9 at 5 p.m.

Found Film takes place on Monday night at the Whistle Stop Bar in South Park.

4 Walls Gallery and their event Collecting Dust & Other Things starts this Sat., Dec. 8 at 6:30 p.m. on Ray Street in North Park.

The North Park Craft Mafia will hold their fair at Bar Pink Elephant from noon to 6 p.m. on Fri., Dec. 7 and the fair the Rosary Room takes place on Sat., Dec. 8 from 6 to 11 p.m.
