This event will include rotations so you can enjoy all the site has to offer, including: * Document the biodiversity of the beautiful San Diego Estuary as part of the City Nature Challenge! The City Nature Challenge is a global event where cities around the world compete to document as many species as possible in their urban areas. During this event, you'll learn how to collect essential species information by documenting plants and animals using the iNaturalist app on your smartphone. Your data collection will make a big difference by contributing to local and statewide conservation efforts. * Take a tour and guided nature walk led by our knowledgeable docents. * Finally, pitch in to help protect this rare habitat by removing invasive, non-native plants, repairing the protective sand fence, and removing trash.
