The 101 Artists’ Colony invites you to the final Arts Alive Encinitas event of 2025, a Live Auction at Cardiff Town Center in the courtyard on July 13, 2025 1:30 p.m. This is when all 60 of the Arts Alive banners that have been hanging on the Coast Hwy light poles will be auctioned off with professional auctioneer Rich Houk at the helm. The Exhibit will be on display all morning. At 1:30 p.m., bidders can register to get a Bid Card to protect “silent” bids they’ve already made or to bid for the first time! Duck Dive is hosting its 3rd annual Crab Boil on Friday, June 20! From 5 p.m. - 7 p.m., guests can indulge in 1 ½ pounds of Cajun Style Snow Crab, Andouille sausage, jumbo shrimp, corn, and potatoes, all for just $45 per person.
