City of San Diego files countersuit against some Jan. 22 flood victims

The city of San Diego is countersuing 11 Southcrest property owners hit by last year’s devastating flood. An attorney for the flood victims tells KPBS reporter Alexander Nguyen it’s an intimidation tactic.
