San Diego faces 53 lawsuits as Southcrest flood recovery drags on

It’s been 16 months since the Jan. 22 flood devastated the Southcrest community. There are now 53 lawsuits against the city with more than 1,500 plaintiffs. KPBS reporter Alexander Nguyen catches up with one of the plaintiffs.
