New Butcher Block Thursdays At 20|Twenty

Chef Julian Quinones at 20|Twenty restaurant in Carlsbad has introduced a new Thursday night steakhouse-inspired experience for carnivores who want to enjoy a slice of the good life. The chef’s select “Butcher Block” presents a new choice of select cuts of premium beef, grilled to perfection, every Thursday night from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. The featured meat boards, ideal for sharing or for one with a hearty appetite, will change weekly and are not available on the restaurant’s mainstay menu. Guests can choose from a selection of traditional sides, made with ingredients sourced from local farms, to complete the meal including Crisp Brussel Sprouts, Sautéed Wild Mushrooms, Creamed Spinach, Roasted Broccolini & Romesco, Harissa Charred Carrots, Truffle Mac, and Yukon Gold Garlic Mash.
