New Border Security Consortium Seeks Immigration Solutions

One of the biggest policy debates of 2006 was the question, still unresolved, of how to deal with illegal immigration. One thing became clear in this debate: better management of the U.S. Mexico border will have to be part of any solution. Border security means different things to different people, of course. And several border state universities are now applying their brain power to the dilemma.
