The city of El Cajon has a new police chief. Pat Sprecco has worked for the city for over three decades. He explains what he plans to do with the department.

New El Cajon Police Chief Discusses Plans for the Department

Tom Fudge: The city of El Cajon is a suburb of San Diego, but it's not Rancho Santa Fe. El Cajon has a diverse population, racially and economically. Like any other real town, it has its problems with crime. It also has a new police chief. He name is Pat Sprecco, and he's been with the department for a long time.
