Reflecting on Orson Welles Touch of Evil
Originally aired on January 31, 2008
Tom Fudge: “Border towns bring out the worst in people.” That's what the hero, Vargas, says in Orson Welles’ classic film Touch of Evil . Living here in San Diego and Tijuana, we should know if that's true. The only thing I'm sure of is Touch of Evil is the best movie about border towns I've ever seen.
