Wolfowitz Shunned by European Developers

As European development ministers meet in Berlin Monday, one key figure was bluntly uninvited: World Bank President Paul Wolfowitz, who is leaving the post. Europeans support continuing the tradition of Washington choosing the World Bank chief, but they want to see someone more conciliatory than Wolfowitz was.
