Najor made his producing debut with the indie feature "I Am Not a Hipster," which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and earned him a nomination for the Producers Award. He later directed and produced the short documentary "American Baghdad," which premiered at AFI Docs in 2016. Expanding into episodic storytelling, Najor co-wrote, directed, and produced the indie pilots "The Dream" and "Pretend Partners," which were official selections at SXSW in 2020 and 2021. "Pretend Partners" received a Special Jury Recognition for Best Duo at SXSW. Najor’s feature, "Adjunct," which he wrote, directed, and produced, premiered at the Austin Film Festival in 2024. Most recently, he produced the feature film "Lucky Lu," starring internationally acclaimed actor Chang Chen, which premiered at Directors' Fortnight at Cannes in 2025.
