  • Dive into the world of video games at the San Diego Public Library’s 3rd annual Game Jam! Learn the basics of game development and design, then collaborate in teams to build your own game using Godot, RenPy, or Scratch. During the Game Jam, teams can work together remotely and/or in person to complete their projects and can attend optional drop-in sessions for instructor support. Games will be showcased and compete for prizes at the end of the jam. No experience is required. Registration is required. This program series is for youth in Grades 6 - 12.   • Moonlight Beach Concert: Lolo Paniolo & Kehulili O Kailani Dancers Toes in the sand--what better way to enjoy a summer concert? Moonlight Beach is the place to be all summer, and twice a month in July and August, the City's Cultural Arts Division brings great performers to the stage. Musical styles vary and may include everything from Latin jazz and country western to reggae and '80s rock. Bands play on a state of the art professional stage in front of a large sandy beach, with plenty of room to move with the music. Sponsorship opportunities are available.   • Duck Dive is hosting its 3rd annual Crab Boil on Friday, June 20! From 5 p.m. - 7 p.m., guests can indulge in 1 ½ pounds of Cajun Style Snow Crab, Andouille sausage, jumbo shrimp, corn, and potatoes, all for just $45 per person.   • The 101 Artists’ Colony invites you to the final Arts Alive Encinitas event of 2025, a Live Auction at Cardiff Town Center in the courtyard on July 13, 2025 1:30 p.m. This is when all 60 of the Arts Alive banners that have been hanging on the Coast Hwy light poles will be auctioned off with professional auctioneer Rich Houk at the helm. The Exhibit will be on display all morning. At 1:30 p.m., bidders can register to get a Bid Card to protect “silent” bids they’ve already made or to bid for the first time!
