Director of Development

Mr. Welty has nearly 20 years of experience as a senior development officer in healthcare, public broadcast and social service organizations. Mr. Welty specializes in marketing and managing endowment, capital campaign, major gift, annual fund and strategic planning programs. As senior vice president for a national consulting firm serving nonprofits, he managed projects that raised hundreds of millions of dollars for local, national and international organizations. He has also been an officer on several non-profit boards, and is the 2009 chair of education programs for the San Diego Chapter of Association of Fundraising Professionals.
