Alison St John (Guest Host): As the immigration debate rages on around the country, one factor that may be at the heart of why so many more immigrants are pouring into this country is NAFTA . The North American Free Trade Agreement was signed over 13 years ago. Since then, global trade has taken some unexpected twists and turns. Has NAFTA helped the United States and Mexico? Or are different policies called for?
