Andrew Phelps (Guest Host) : San Diego is a hotbed for biotechnology. The life sciences industry employs tens of thousands of people and by one estimate, its economic impact is $9 billion a year. Next week San Diego will host the 2008 BIO International Convention so we thought we'd get an update on how the industry is doing.
The 2008 Bio International Convention runs June 17-20, 2008, at the San Diego Convention Center.
