The Department of Veterans Affairs has eased the rules on the use of medical marijuana to manage pain for veterans who live in states where it is legal. At the same time, the Justice Department is cracking down on the sale of medical pot. It remains classified as a schedule one drug.
We talk with a reporter, a young San Diego vet and the executive director of an advocacy group.
