When United Way's Home Again initiative launched its "Project 25" campaign last year, the goal was to move 25 of San Diego County's chronically homeless into permanent housing. Today, Project 25 announced that it has enrolled 35 chronically homeless individuals in the program, and placed 27 of them into permanent housing.
The project has prepared a report card for itself just over a year after the initiative was launched.
We'll have more on the work done in the past year on Midday Edition and Evening Edition.
