San Diego Latino Film Festival

The San Diego Latino Film Festival (running March 9 through 19 at the UltraStar Hazard Theaters) launches its 13th season tonight with more than a hundred films celebrating and exploring the Latino experience. With so many films to choose from, KPBS film critic Beth Accomando decided to narrow her focus to just the films coming from Spain.
