This week, the Escondido City Council voted to create an ordinance to penalize landlords for renting to illegal immigrants. Is the ordinance constitutional? Also, the details of the Kroll report continue to come to light. Now that we've had a week to digest its contents, was the report really worth $20 million? And, it looks like the San Diego City Council may have the final say in the development of the Navy Broadway Complex. How do the council members feel about the plan for the site?
