Recent College Graduates Take to the Road

Every year thousands of recent college graduates are faced with the question of what to do next. Rather than dive into the job market after college, three college buddies took to the road in an RV.

Tom Fudge : When you graduated from college, did you want to jump right into the job search? Or would you have preferred wandering the country in an RV for a while, talking to interesting people? I think I know what most people would prefer.

And Brian McCallister lived that dream. A graduate of Pepperdine, he and two of his buddies did not know what they wanted to do with their lives post-college. So they got a 31-foot RV, painted it green, and took off across the country. The result of their adventure has been a book, a website and a documentary TV series called Road Trip Nation .
