Is free parking in La Jolla a thing of the past? On Thursdays Full Focus, well talk about plans to bring more metered and restricted parking to La Jolla.

Last night, more than one hundred people showed up to hear a professor speak about the benefits of paid parking. It probably wasn't the most entertaining way to spend a spring evening, but this La Jolla audience had questions. Why is paid parking being proposed for La Jolla and is it a good idea?
