: People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is considered radical by some. But if their approach to animal rights is purist in nature, they’re not above using some show biz to get their point across. PETA often enlists the help of naked woman to attract the press to their demonstrations. The list of celebrities they’ve gotten to front their cause is much too long for me to recite. Let’s just say it includes Pamela Anderson and the Dalai Lama. PETA was started in 1980 by Ingrid Newkirk and a group of volunteers.Guest
