Electronic Voting, Indian Gaming, Children's Health Insurance

This week, California Secretary of State Debra Bowen will decide if the state should move forward with plans to use electronic voting machines in February's presidential primary election. Are the state's electronic voting machines secure enough to prevent voter fraud?

Also, a coalition of hotel and casino workers are teaming up with horse racing track owners to oppose the expansion of four large Indian gaming operations.  Are Indian tribes paying their fair share for the right to operate casinos in California?

And, Congress will vote on whether to expand a program that offers health insurance for low-income children. Who will benefit from the expansion of the health insurance program, and why is the president threatening to veto the legislation?
