Secretary of State Restricts E-voting
Maureen Cavanaugh (Guest Host): At midnight last Friday, Secretary of State Deborah Bowen issued a decision restricting use of voting machines in California elections. After recent studies by the University of California revealed the machines could be hacked, Bowen said the state's voting machines, including those here in San Diego County, must meet stricter security standards.
California's presidential primary will be held February 5 th , 2008.
