Tom Fudge: One week from today will be Super DUPER Tuesday. That's when voters in California and at least 20 other states will hold presidential primaries or caucuses. But hang on. If you think voting for president is the only thing California's good citizens will have to do, you're wrong. In California, every election is an opportunity for politicians and other signature-gathering busybodies to force you to vote about something. Next week's ballot will present you with several new statewide initiatives and some local ones.
