Tom Fudge : The city of Hit in Iraq may not be one you've heard of, but it was recently the scene of a very significant development. American Marines pulled out of the city, located in Iraq's Sunni Triangle, and turned authority over to the Iraqi Army and police force. How well that will work is yet to be seen.
