The U-T Politics Editor Leads a Discussion about the Election

Tom Fudge: California has solved it's budget problem. Not really, but we may have another jury-rigged, borrow-and-spend plan that'll get us through to next year. Meanwhile, the nation has its sights set on the Presidential race, which is now a dead heat and will likely remain so until election day.
