Tom Fudge: We live in a world in which all its peoples and nations are interconnected. We see this in the economy, and we see this when it comes to climate change. And that primary environmental issue is one that puts San Diego on the map. He's the author of a now-revised book called "The Forgiving Air: Understanding Environmental Change."
