Tom Fudge: Santa Claus is coming to town, and he may also be headed to court. Santa is rarely the named plaintiff or defendent in American court houses. But the use of his name and visage has resulted in a certain amount of litigation. Sometimes people claim that Santa is downright unconstitutional. We'll talk about lawsuits over who Santa Claus is, what he represents, and whether he violates the U.S. constitution.
