Tom Fudge : Families who live in Southeast San Diego say they're still coming to grips with the tragic loss of two promising high school students. 17-year-old Monique Palmer and 15-year-old Michael Taylor were gunned down recently after leaving a house party in their neighborhood. Police say they were innocent victims of gang violence. Family and friends want answers. Ana Tintocalis has more.
