Millions of Americans have experienced mental health challenges associated with the pandemic, including increased substance abuse and suicide ideation, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
KPBS Midday Edition wants to know how the pandemic has impacted your mental health. Has the pandemic led to or exacerbated experiences with depression or anxiety? What has your experience been like? How is your mental health? How has it changed since last year? What are you doing to get through it? What are you doing to improve your mental wellbeing?
We will be interviewing a variety of mental health experts about the impacts of the pandemic on mental health and ways to mitigate those impacts. Do you have a question about a mental health issue for our guests?
