Cleric Could Delay Iraq Power Shift

U.S. authorities are reconsidering their plan for for the transfer of sovereignty in Iraq. The country's most influential Shiite cleric objects to the call for provincial caucuses and wants an interim legislature to be directly elected. His demands may delay the July 1 transfer date set by the United States. NPR's Emily Harris reports.
