Father, Son Barred from Returning to U.S.

Two U.S. citizens have been barred from entering the United States for refusing to talk to the FBI. Both are California men of Pakistani descent who are related to a father and son who were recently convicted on a terrorism-related case in Lodi, Calif.

Muhammed Ismail and his son, Jaber, were in Pakistan for four years. Both are now on the no-fly list. Neither has been charged with a crime.

Muhammad Ismail, 45, is a naturalized U.S. citizen. His son Jaber, 18, is a native-born citizen.
