Two U.S. citizens have been barred from entering the United States for refusing to talk to the FBI. Both are California men of Pakistani descent who are related to a father and son who were recently convicted on a terrorism-related case in Lodi, Calif.
Muhammed Ismail and his son, Jaber, were in Pakistan for four years. Both are now on the no-fly list. Neither has been charged with a crime.
Muhammad Ismail, 45, is a naturalized U.S. citizen. His son Jaber, 18, is a native-born citizen.
