There are still many more questions than answers about Sunday's fatal shooting of Iraqi civilians in Baghdad by Blackwater security contractors. Blackwater says its employees acted in self defense when the U.S. embassy convoy they were escorting came under attack. Scott Silliman, a former Judge Advocate General who now heads Duke Law School's Center of Law, Ethics and National Security, discusses the case with Melissa Block.
