Organization Tries to Get Laptops to Third World

Engineers have figured out a way to create $100 laptops for children in the developing world. Now, the challenge is how to get the computers into the hands of the children after a few world leaders changed their minds about orders for a million of the machines apiece. Nicholas Negroponte, founder of One Laptop per Child, talks to Andrea Seabrook.
