Bush Pushes Latin American Trade Pacts

The Bush administration is trying to sell Congress on a series of trade agreements with individual nations in the Americas. This is a far cry from the 34-nation trade pact the administration initially envisioned in the region. But with Democrats and even Republicans questioning the wisdom of free trade, winning approval of trade initiatives is an uphill battle.
