Unusually heavy rains have caused rivers to overflow in the Mexican state of Tabasco. The flooding has affected more than 800,000 people in the region which was already waterlogged after being hit by Hurricanes Dean and Felix. Winnie Romeril, an American Red Cross volunteer, speaks with Alex Chadwick about relief efforts.
