Nations to Reunite for Kyoto Progress Report

The world's industrialized nations (except for the United States and Australia) agreed 10 years ago in Kyoto, Japan, to take steps to slow global warming. They haven't accomplished that goal. They have until 2012, and then their agreement expires. Most of the world's nations will meet next month in Bali, Indonesia, to decide what do after the Kyoto agreement expires.
