This morning we look at the process of rebuilding after a natural disaster. In a moment we'll visit the scene of two disasters in the U.S. First, news out of Myanmar, where relief supplies have only been trickling in to cyclone survivors there; that's because Myanmar's military rulers have kept out foreign aid workers.
Today there's word that those rulers agreed to allow all aid workers into the country. That's according to U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, who met with the senior leader of the junta earlier today. Transcript provided by NPR, Copyright NPR.
